Earn discount points with every purchase!

When you shop with Rapid Reeds you'll earn points that can be converted into a discount on your future purchases at thestringzone.co.uk or rapidreeds.com. With our points scheme, you earn up to 3% money back to spend on your future purchases.

How do I collect points?

Points are awarded automatically on the value of your order (excluding any shipping charge) in increments as in the table below. You earn points even when using a discount voucher or previously earned points. Log in to your account to see details of your points balance and order history.

Points are added to your account balance when your order ships. You won't see them under your account summary immediately but they will appear when your order leaves our warehouse. Points are earned on the value of goods in your order but not on the value of priority or express shipping costs.

How do I redeem my points?

Make sure you log in to your account when placing your order. Check the "Use ... of my points" option at the checkout. Each point is worth a 1 penny discount when redeemed. Currently, points can only be redeemed on online purchases and not on telephone orders. Any points balance will remain on your account for use against future purchases.

Points can be applied for a discount on the value of the goods purchased but not to priority or express shipping costs. Of course, you can still choose free shipping within the UK!

You can view your current points balance by logging into your account and visiting the "My Points" page. There you'll find a complete history of how you earned and redeemed your points.

Terms & Conditions of the points scheme:

  • We reserve the right to alter the number of points earned per pound spent (as described above) without notice.
  • The value of a point when converted into a discount on goods (the redemption value) is currently 1 penny (0.01 GPB). We reserve the right to alter the redemption value at any time.
  • A customer's points balance will remain (and will not expire) so long as the customer's account remains active. An active account is one that has made a purchase within the last year. Customers will be given two weeks notice by email before any points automatically expire from their account.
  • We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to alter the conditions of operation of the points scheme, or terminate the scheme. We also reserve the right to withdraw points, under reasonable grounds which includes any abuse of attempted abuse of the scheme, any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty on the part of a customer.
  • Points cannot be transferred between accounts, sold or in any way traded.
