We accept credit cards, debit cards and payments via Google Checkout. If you are shopping from outside the UK or EU, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Shipping And Handling

For high value orders we recommend selecting Royal Mail Special delivery (registered). Heavy and/or bulky items are shipped by Royal Mail parcels or courier at our discretion. Cases over £50 and instruments are sent by independent courier at our discretion e.g UPS, DHL. Full details of delivery options and charges are on our Delivery Prices page or on the checkout page.

Delivery Schedule

Most items are available from stock and will be despatched within 24 hours. Please allow 5 working days for delivery after we have advised you of despatch.

Back Orders

If an item is not in stock we will advise you immediately and place the item on back order, with an option to cancel if preferred.

Tax Charges

All prices are quoted inclusive of UK VAT at 17.5%. Orders placed from outside the EU are charged net of VAT.

Guarantee

All products are fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
